Chicken Florentine
Today, I made chicken Florentine and it was absolutely delicious I highly recommend you trying it and it is really easy to make for the beginners. HERE IS HOW TO MAKE IT:
First, buy any of your favorite dry macaroni or you could hand make it and boil it. Secondly take your skinless chicken breast and put it in boiling water, when the chicken is white and the water is frothy, take two forks and shred the chicken and put it off to the side for now.
Items to start putting in the pot after all of that:
Then, you need to buy 2 Campbell soup cans of: condensed cream and mushroom soup and just slap those into a pot with your macaroni first. What you then want to do is to take 2 cups of shredded cheese; I highly recommend shredding the cheese yourself because the store bought shredded cheese has a specific powder on it that makes it not melt as well, and throw it into the pot and mix thoroughly with the soup! Buy yourself some frozen spinach in one packet, and put it in the pot. You then want to take some mayonnaise [don’t go shy on it] and mix all of those other ingredients in the pot together. Use a little bit of basil and mince it up carefully. Take some garlic powder and don’t go too crazy when using it.
Dried thyme is optional
Then take some powdered pepper and mix it all up!
Now take that shredded chicken and put it in the pot and mix that up as well! You’re all done with the mixing and pots now put your casserole into a baking dish! One you’ve done that you can put in some shredded cheese [extra shredded cheese is optional] and add in some seasoned bread crumbs; season them with whatever you want or just buy them at the store. Take your seasoned bread crumbs and mix them with melted butter and spread them evenly onto your casserole.
Preheat your over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and once done preheating, put in your casseroles for 40-45 mins. One you’re done, take that bad boy out and ENJOY!
